Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data NutriEssence Labs (“we”) collects on nutriessencelabs.com, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have. If you have any question about it, write to [email protected].

What we collect

When you place an order. The order form asks only for your name and phone number. We never ask for card or bank details: you pay in cash to the courier when the package arrives.

Technical data sent with the order. Along with your name and phone, we send your IP address (used to check that the order comes from the country where the product is sold and to prevent fraudulent or duplicate orders) and the ad click identifiers described below.

Ad click identifiers. If you reach the site by clicking an ad, the link may contain an identifier added by the ad platform (gclid, wbraid or gbraid from Google, fbclid from Meta). We keep it in your browser’s session storage, which is erased when you close the tab, and send it with your order so we know which ad led to it. It does not tell us who you are.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.

Google and Meta process data about clicks on their ads within their own platforms, under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.

How we use your data

To process your order: forward it to the product’s distributor, who calls you to confirm the product, quantity, total and delivery address.
To deliver the package and collect payment on delivery.
To measure which ads and pages lead to orders.
To prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate orders.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our order-processing partner (an affiliate network), which forwards the order to the product’s distributor in your country.
The distributor, its call center and the courier, who need your name, phone and address to confirm and deliver the order.
Cloudflare, our hosting provider.
Public authorities, when required by law.

These parties may process data in countries other than yours. They only receive the data needed for their part of the process.

How long we keep it

We do not keep a database of orders: the order form sends your data straight to the order-processing partner. The partner and the distributor keep it for as long as needed to complete the order and meet their accounting and legal obligations. Session storage is erased when you close the tab.

Your rights

Depending on the laws of your country, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] with the phone number you used on the order, and we will handle the request together with our partners within the time required by law. You can also contact your country’s data protection authority.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) between your browser, our server and our partners. No system is completely secure, but we limit the data we collect to what an order needs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
