What this site is
NutriEssence Labs is an independent information site about health supplements. We are not the manufacturer of the products we describe. Orders placed on the site are processed and delivered by each product’s distributor in the buyer’s country.
Health information
The content of this site is general information and does not replace the advice of a doctor or other health professional. The products are food supplements, not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and results vary from person to person. Talk to your doctor before taking any supplement, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Orders
- Sending the order form is a request, not a completed purchase. An advisor will call you to confirm the product, quantity, total price and delivery address. The order is only shipped after you confirm it on that call.
- Payment is cash on delivery, to the courier. We never ask for card details.
- You may decline the order during the confirmation call at no cost.
- Delivery times, shipping conditions and questions about the product after delivery are handled by the distributor. You can also write to us and we will forward your message.
- Products are only sold through direct orders; they are not sold in pharmacies.
Prices
Prices are shown in local currency and may change without notice. Discounts are shown against the product’s regular price. The final price is the one the advisor confirms with you on the call.
Accuracy of the information
We base our content on information published by the manufacturers and on the sources we cite, and we try to keep it accurate and up to date. Even so, we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Product packaging may change.
Acceptable use
Do not submit orders with someone else’s data or with no intention of receiving them, interfere with the operation of the site, or copy its content for commercial purposes without permission.
Intellectual property
The texts, images and design of the site belong to NutriEssence Labs or are used with permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NutriEssence Labs is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or of the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection laws in your country grant you.
